On Saturday 5th March, One stop held a Charity event to cycle from opening time 7am to closing at 10pm and raise money for a memorial bench and charity  uksobs.org

Harry decided he would honour his best friend Ryan who took his own life and  take on a challenge to raise money for uksobs.org and to raise money for a Bench in memory of Ryan.

The manager of One Stop Kayleigh, helped Harry to set up the challenge with Anytime fitness providing the bike for Harry and his volunteers to put time into the pedal throughout the day and keep the miles going as Harry had a rest.

At the end of the 15 hour challenge Harry and his volunteers which included his mum and dad, (who covered 10km), along with his brother who did 30km in 30 minutes winning the most distance covered challenge and an emotional 10km covered by Ryan's mum to support Harry's on his quest. In total they covered 450 km.

Kayleigh said "This has proved to be a very emotional day with many people coming down to help Harry with the challenge, riding over 450km, along with the generosity of the public Harry raised over £1100. That is Just amazing".

Both Kayleigh and Harry would like to pass on a special Thank You to everyone for their support in many different ways, Ryan's memorial bench will soon be in place. uksobs.org  will receive a big donation to help those family and friends who have lost someone bereaved by Suicide.
