Mayor of Beverley - Councillor Duncan Jack's Christmas Message

Christmas is fast approaching and Joy and I have enjoyed the first half of our year as Mayor and Mayoress of Beverley. It is great to get out and about and meet the various groups, and people who are working hard to deliver projects and ongoing events that enhance and brighten up the lives of us all here in Beverley. Long may you keep stepping up to the plate!
As a Council we have had a year of change and May’s elections delivered 10 new Councillors out of 14 and they have all hit the ground running determined to do what they can for the town over the next four years. New Councillors bring new ideas so keep your eyes open for what they want to deliver.
I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all the Beverley Town Councillors, all the staff and of course from Joy and myself.
