Join Ert On The Arts Map

The Public Campaign for the Arts have just launched the Arts Map: a brand new platform where you can check the status of arts organisations near you, and support them directly during the critical weeks and months ahead.

We at ERT hope that by combining voices across our area and beyond the map will produce a powerful visual representation of just how much the arts means to local communities; and show just how much we'd miss those organisations if they were to be gone forever.

We urge anyone who would like to show their support to visit our profile at campaignforthearts.org/east-riding-theatre and post their favourites memories and messages. We would also like to urge any arts organisations to join us by visiting: campaignforthearts.org/map

Together we can make a powerful statement.

Sign the petition

Alongside the Arts Map, the PCFTA have launched a new petition urging the Government to support the arts in every community.

In the coming weeks, Rishi Sunak will set the Government's spending plansfor the next three years in. It's vital that he pledges support for the arts.

Organisations are still facing major challenges to reopen with social distancing. Any cuts to local authority budgets, or to the Arts Councils, risks their extinction and leaves us all worse off.
