Greek Day at Beverley St Nicholas

This term the children of Beverley St Nicholas in Years 5 & 6 have been learning about the Ancient Greeks. In order to get the children fully engaged they held a "Greek Day".
Children had the opportunity to dress Greek and take part in the Olympics, make traditional greek food (meze) which includes Tzatziki and create their own Labyrinths for a Minotaur.
Even the staff got involved by dressing up as Empresses! The children were full of excitement and all who were asked, had a fantastic day.
