Get in Training for the World Barge- Pulling Championships

Beverley Beck on 29th September 2019 is the date for this year's Barge-Pulling Championships. Can you beat the World Records which currently stand for pulling the 64-ton Syntan 200m from a standing start? You can enter as a team of 4 men, 4 women or as a mixed team of 2 men and 2 women - entry is £10/team. Sponsorship is encouraged!
Teams are invited to dress up, but it is not mandatory, although team members are encouraged to have appropriate gloves and footwear for pulling using the thick, marine ropes attached to the barge.
