Ert Would Love To Hear From You Laura Mould

Over the next few weeks, ERT’s online programme of events will continue to entertain you, but they have ideas for you too!

Last week...

Last Sunday ERT’s Artistic Director Adrian Rawlins shared a reading of his favourite breakfast themed poem Oatmeal by Galway Kinnell.

Caroline Ullyart read her original breakfast inspired poems First World and Window. Click on the poem titles if you would like to listen again.

Everyone was thrilled when viewers reciprocated by sharing photos of their own creative breakfasts on ERT’s Facebook page.

Next week...

Next Sunday, the ERT will be introducing grandparent themed poems with a reading of Sonnet 2 by ERT regular Clive Kneller whose became a grandad for the second time last week!

If you have favourite poems about grandparents, or ones written by or for grandparents, email them to sue@eastridingtheatre.co.uk by 2nd May at 2 pm when the theatre will be selecting some to be heard on 3rd May.

Donations

East Riding Theatre are asking for donations to our ARTISTS FUND. With no ticket sales it's impossible for them to pay artists providing all their online entertainment. If you can, please do consider contributing to the artists fund. East Riding Theatre will not be keeping any of the money... It will all be shared between actors, musicians and artists who are helping to keep us all entertained during the lockdown. You can donate here. Thank you!
