Beverley Lights Up!

Despite the wind and rain, Beverley enjoyed a whole afternoon's entertainment courtesy of the Beverley Christmas Lights Committee and Chamber of Trade. The Beverley FM stage, fairground rides, Beverley PIpe Band, charity stalls, food and drink and Father Christmas himself ensured everyone was in the Christmas spirit as the Christmas trees from Flemingate to the Market Cross were lit. Guest of Honour was CBBC TV presenter, Beverley's Ben Shires who flicked switches, signed autographs, posed for photographs and chatted with the crowds.
