A Steady Rain Opening Night

Tonight is the first night of 'A Steady Rain' starring acclaimed actors Vincent Regan and Adrian Rawlins.
This intense two-hander written by Keith Huff sees 300, Troy and Snow White and the Huntsman actor, Beverley-based Vincent Regan in his debut appearance on the ERT stage along with Harry Potter, The Woman in Black and Breaking the Waves actor Adrian Rawlins, who lives in Hornsea.
Director Andrew Pearson, who is from Hull, told Just Beverley, that this exciting venture is the culmination of a lot of work and a lot of time with Vincent and Adrian working incredibly hard to bring Beverley something very different.
He said 'This is cutting-edge, intense, contemporary theatre. There is a rich vein of talent in Beverley and the surrounding area and people are realising that you don't have to go to London to see such class'
The run has been extended to November 14th because the first ticket release sold out almost immediately on the strength of a single ERT Facebook post. Anyone without a ticket should therefore ring the theatre before setting out - 'A Steady Rain' is definitely the hot ticket in town at the moment.
