£1 swimming lessons for children

Beverley Leisure Complex is running a course leading towards the STA Swim Teachers Award – Level 2, which is the first course on the ladder to become a swim teacher. The trainee teachers require children to teach during their course which is running from Tuesday, 27 until Friday, 30 May.

They are offering children swimming lessons for £4 for the week. There will be a maximum of five children in each class.

They have various times and grades available from pre-school one to six and Grade One to Grade Four for the week. Places are limited and are offered on a first come first served basis.

All teachers will be overseen by an STA Tutor and examined by an STA Tutor, however the children that the trainee teachers are teaching will not be assessed at the end of the course.
